「ぼいしゅ」(以下「本アプリ」)は、お子さまの声を録音して思い出として残すためのアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
"Voishu" (the "App") lets you record and keep your child's voice as a memory. This policy explains how information is handled in the App.
本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集しません。録音された音声、タイトル、フォルダなどのデータは、お使いの端末の中に保存されます。お客さまが「かぞくスペース」機能を利用して自ら送信した録音を除き、開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
The App does not collect any personal information. Recordings, titles, and folders are stored on your device. Except for recordings you choose to send to a Family Space, nothing is sent to the developer or any third-party server.
本アプリは、録音機能のためにマイクを使用します。マイクへのアクセスは録音時のみ行われ、録音された音声は端末内にのみ保存されます。
The App uses the microphone only for its recording feature. Audio is captured only while you record and is stored only on your device.
共有機能を使って音声を家族などに送る場合、送信はお客さま自身の操作によって、お客さまが選択したアプリ(メッセージ、メールなど)を通じて行われます。本アプリが自動的に音声を外部へ送信することはありません。
When you share a recording, it is sent through an app you choose (e.g., Messages or Mail) by your own action. The App never uploads recordings automatically.
「かぞくスペース」は、家族コードを知っている家族と録音を聞き合える機能です。お客さまが「かぞくスペースに送る」を選んだ録音のみが、AppleのiCloud（CloudKit）にアップロードされ、同じ家族コードで参加した方が再生できるようになります。送信した録音はご自身でいつでも削除できます。家族コードは推測されにくいランダムな文字列ですが、コードを知っている人は録音を再生できるため、家族以外には共有しないでください。
Family Space lets family members who know your family code listen to shared recordings. Only recordings you explicitly choose to send are uploaded to Apple iCloud (CloudKit) and become playable by people who joined with the same family code. You can delete your uploaded recordings at any time. Keep your family code private, as anyone who knows it can play the shared recordings.
本アプリは、保存件数を無制限にする買い切りのアプリ内課金を提供しています。決済はAppleが処理し、開発者がクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を取得することはありません。
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock unlimited saving. Payments are processed by Apple; the developer never receives your payment details.
本アプリは、広告や解析ツールなどの第三者サービスを一切使用していません。
The App uses no advertising or analytics services.
本アプリは保護者の方が使用することを想定しています。前述のとおり、本アプリはお子さまを含むいかなる利用者の個人情報も収集しません。
The App is intended to be used by parents and guardians. As stated above, it collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
録音データは、アプリ内の削除操作、または本アプリをアンインストールすることで端末から完全に削除されます。
Recordings can be deleted in the App, or removed entirely by uninstalling the App.
